Clear and simple rules for refunds on KSAplate.com listing fees

1. Overview

At KSAplate.com, we want our refund policy to be straightforward and fair. This page explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and what to expect during the process.

This policy applies only to listing fees paid to KSAplate.com. We do not handle payments between buyers and sellers, so any transaction disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

2. Free Listings

Basic listings on KSAplate.com are completely free of charge. Since no payment is collected for basic listings, no refund is applicable. You can create, edit, and remove basic listings at any time at no cost.

3. Featured & Spotlight Listings

Featured and Spotlight listings are paid upgrades that give your plate enhanced visibility on the platform. The following refund rules apply:

  • Non-refundable once live: Once your paid listing has been published and is live on the platform, the listing fee is non-refundable.
  • Rejected by admin: If your listing is reviewed and rejected by our team for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the listing fee.
  • Not published within 24 hours: If your payment was successfully processed but your listing has not been published within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with the following information:

  • Your plate listing ID or URL
  • Payment receipt or transaction reference from Stripe
  • The reason for your refund request

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exceptions

In addition to the standard refund rules above, the following exceptions apply:

  • Technical errors: If a technical error on our platform caused an incorrect charge or prevented your listing from functioning properly, you will receive a full refund.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same listing due to a processing error, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded.
  • Platform downtime: If significant platform downtime occurs during your paid listing period, we will offer either a credit toward a future listing or an extension of your listing duration, at our discretion.
