It is important to understand the following:

• KSAplate.com is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We are a listing platform only.
• KSAplate.com does not own any license plates listed on the platform. All plates are listed by individual sellers.
• We do not guarantee the availability, condition, or transferability of any listed plate.
• All plate transfers must be completed through the official ABSHER government platform.

To list a plate on KSAplate.com, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to the following:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information when registering and when creating listings.
• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension of all accounts.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you list a license plate for sale on KSAplate.com, you agree to the following rules and responsibilities:

• Legal ownership: You may only list plates that you legally own and have the right to sell.
• Accurate details: All plate details must be accurate, including the plate number, letters, and emblem type.
• Honest pricing: The listed price must reflect your genuine asking price. Bait-and-switch tactics or misleading pricing is strictly prohibited.
• Transferability: The plate must be eligible for transfer through the ABSHER platform at the time of listing.
• Responsiveness: You should respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Remove sold plates: Once your plate has been sold or is no longer available, you must promptly remove the listing from the platform.

If you are looking to purchase a license plate through KSAplate.com, please be aware of the following:

• Verify details: Always verify plate details, including ownership and transferability, before committing to a purchase.
• Official transfer: All plate transfers must be completed through the official ABSHER government platform. KSAplate.com does not facilitate the actual transfer process.
• No transaction guarantee: KSAplate.com is not responsible for failed, disputed, or incomplete transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Deal at your own risk: You deal directly with the seller at your own risk. We strongly recommend meeting in safe public locations and verifying all documentation before completing any transaction.

KSAplate.com offers the following listing tiers:

• Basic Listing: Free of charge. Your plate is listed in standard search results.
• Featured Listing: Paid listing with enhanced visibility. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
• Spotlight Listing: Premium paid listing with maximum exposure and priority placement. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

All paid listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is published and live, except as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply only to new listings and will not affect existing active listings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KSAplate.com:

• Stolen or disputed plates: Listing plates that are stolen, under legal dispute, or that you do not have the legal right to sell.
• Fake or fraudulent listings: Creating listings for plates that do not exist, that you do not own, or with deliberately false information.
• Price manipulation: Posting misleading prices, phantom listings, or using deceptive tactics to manipulate the marketplace.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users of the platform.
• Automated scraping: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Fee circumvention: Attempting to bypass or circumvent platform listing fees through any means.

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and removal of all associated listings, without prior notice.

Your content: You retain full ownership of any content you submit to KSAplate.com, including listing descriptions, photos, and other materials.

License to KSAplate: By creating a listing, you grant KSAplate.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listing content on the platform and in related marketing materials for as long as the listing remains active.

Content removal: KSAplate.com reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any content at our sole discretion, including content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or harmful to other users.

KSAplate.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or availability.

• We do not guarantee that any plate will be sold or that any buyer will find a suitable plate.
• We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users in their listings.
• Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to the platform is limited to the total amount of listing fees you have paid to KSAplate.com in the 12 months preceding the claim.

KSAplate.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.

• Violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.
• Upon termination, all active listings will be removed from the platform.
• Any outstanding fees at the time of termination remain payable.
• Paid listing fees are non-refundable upon account termination due to a terms violation.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of KSAplate.com shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
